MaryAnn listed my property and helped me make an informed decision on the pricing. She notified me of every showing and made me aware of all feed back from the various agents that showed then unit. The property was a rental unit and I had a tenant that was not very accommodating in scheduling showings or inspections after the unit went into contract. MaryAnn negotiated the showing and the appointments for inspections with true professionalism. Some issues arose at the closing and Maryann not only had good advice for me she retuned every phone call very quickly and just listened to me vent. I was impressed with her knowledge of the local area and how she led me through the whole process and the entire listing, selling and closing process. When the contract came in under the listing price she was able to negotiate a contract at the full listing price. I've now worked with MaryAnn twice. Once about 13 years ago when she helped my elderly mother to purchase her townhouse, and again in 2020 to sell the same townhouse. She did an amazing job on the purchase, showing great patience with my mother, showing her A LOT of options to buy, and clearly explaining to her the pros and cons of each. Next, a terrific brochure was developed and this was followed by numerous open houses. Finally, an acceptable buyer appeared and we sold the home. During the selling process we had bought the home we are living in now. Mary Ann helped us in numerous ways to finally find this house which we love. Once we decided that we wanted it, she helped us find a great and reliable home inspector. She gave us advice about an attorney which we used and found his office to be extremely helpful. We would highly recommend Mary Ann to anyone buying or selling a home.
